Fuel Up

Slurping back a gel while in motion can be a real test of coordination.  For the nimble, you don’t miss a beat.  For the rest of us, it can be a bit of an ordeal.  Stop.  Rummage for the gel pack.  Open and eat.  Wipe down sticky fingers. Then backtrack when we realized we dropped our mobile during the rummaging.

No Hans and Gretel action here with a Gel-Bot bottle.  These water bottles have a built-in gel flask, the “Energy Core”, making it easier access to both water and gel.

What comes out depends on the position of the water cap valve.  Just water?  Pull out the valve like a normal water bottle.  Only gel?  Keep the valve in. Mixture of both?  Keep the valve halfway in between.

Save your breaks to chat up potentially cute boys.  And if they turn out to be “only cute from 20 feet away” sort, you can make a clean getaway without leaving a trail of stuff behind you for them to follow.
