Spring Forward
This weekend's transition to Daylight Savings Time brings promises of longer days and warmer weather. And despite losing an hour, it's easy to spring into action when you check out this handy list of girl power races and triathlons taking place throughout the country (and world).
Triathlons:
Danskin Women's Tri Series: In its 19th year, this is one of the most established triathlon series for women. Choose from 8 locations in the U.S. and sign up soon...these races sell out!
Iron Girl: 10 events throughout the U.S. including triathlons, duathlons and running. A super long season, events start in April and continue until December.
Ramblin' Rose: Enjoy the southern hospitality with one of three triathlons in North Carolina.
SheRox Tri: After a successful first year in Philadelphia, SheRox is expanding to Tempe, AZ and Charlotte, NC.
US Women's Tri Series: Support the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund with one of these four events. Great for newbies, athletes can choose between sprint or super-sprint distances.

Running:
