Smooth Moves

smoothie!Gatorade.  Your muscles love that energizing kick.  But your tastebuds? That powder plus water combo is getting old. They could use a little buzz themselves.  Like when you add some fruit into the mix and whip up these tasty Gatorade smoothies.

Strawberry Mango smoothie
1 cup of chopped mango
1 frozen banana
½ cup of ripe strawberries
1 cup of orange Gatorade

Add all ingredients in blender. Combine until smooth.
Serves 2.

Peach Melon smoothie
1 cup of honeydew melon
½ cup of peaches
½ cup of frozen grapes
1 cup of lemon-lime Gatorade

Add all ingredients in blender. Combine until smooth.
Serves 2.
