April 27, 2008 - 26th Annual Run of the Charles Canoe and Kayak Race
Celebrate the improvements to the Charles River with 2,000 fellow paddlers. With distances ranging from 2.5 mile legs in the relay race to 26 mile Pro-Marathon, there's something for everyone. Paddlers all finish at Herter Park, Brighton where they will be greeted by a fun Finish Line Festival featuring food, prizes and displays.

Women of New England, get ready to rock at International Mountain Climbing School's premier summer climbing event. The weekend is jam packed with activities including climbing clinics taught by professional women guides, an après-climb community party, a slideshow, and a silent auction that benefits the local women's shelter here in the Mount Washington Valley.
Choose from a wide range of clinics for all levels including Intro to Climbing, Crack Climbing, Mother-Daughter Climbs and much more. Entering its 16th year this is one of the longest-running women's climbing events in the country!

May 3, 2008 - Boston Cares Dash for a Difference
Be part of history when you and 4 friends team up for this inaugural event that combines community service, local trivia, fund-raising for Boston Cares and a healthy dosage of fun. An urban adventure race with charitable twist, up to 50 teams will race through Boston neighborhoods to complete 10-12 tasks. Each task must be successfully completed before teams receive the clue for the next task. Finish the day at the final stop – the Samuel Adams Celebration of Service - where teams will be rewarded with beer and snacks.
