The Needham Track Club will hold its 16th running of the Great Bear Run. A multi-generational event, there will be seven races for everyone from ages 0-99. Prizes for everybody including teddy bears for kids.
Distance: ranges between 26.2 meters to 5 K

Start your Mother's Day celebration on the right foot and join 400 other women for a 3.5 mile run/walk which winds through the scenic and peaceful Swains Pond section of the city. Stay for the post-race celebration featuring massages, baked goodies, music and flowers.

Join the Boston LUNA Chix for their first ride of the 2008 season. This is a no-drop casual paced ride and riders of all levels are invited. Come out and be a part of one of Boston's most beloved traditions. Join 43,000 walkers in the spirit of giving and walk all or a segment of the 20-mile route, which threads through Boston, Brookline, Newton, Watertown, and Cambridge. With plenty of entertainment, snacks and crowd support, your efforts will help fund 400 food pantries, soup kitchens, food banks, and food salvage programs across Massachusetts.
