HIke the Appalachian Trail along the Blue Ridge north of Shenandoah National Park with the Capital Hiking Club. There are two hike options - 13.5 mile with a 2400 ft. ascent, 2300 ft. descent or a 7.5 mile 2000 ft. ascent, 1550 ft. descent.
