Starting April 8, 2008 (for 10 weeks) - Running Roses
Montgomery Road Runners Club's introductory running program tailored to women is back for its 17th year. The program continues for ten weeks with the goal of running a 5K race at the end -- the Women's Distance Festival Run for Roses 5K June 21st. Group meets Tuesdays and Saturdays and combines both training runs and short talks from experts on injury prevention, stretching, shoes, etc.
