Join the Capital Hiking Club for a scenic hike in Shenandoah National Park.  Cool off with a refreshing dip in one of the park's best swimming holes.  Hikers get to choose between two hikes of different lengths.

The perfect introduction to triathlons for newbies, this mini triathlon is a great way to find out much fun it is to participate in multi-sport events!  Open to participants 10 years and up.  And for kids 5 - 10, there's a mini duathlon immediately following the Super Sprint Tri (approx. 10:00 AM)

Hosted in Bethany Beach, Delaware, this event boasts of great scenery, and amazing post-race picnic for nearly 1,000 athletes.
