Run in the shadow of the 1893 Maymont House, over tree-lined hills & fields, past wildlife areas filled with bison, deer and other animals. Along with the 5k and Half Marathon divisions for participants of all ages, there will also be shorter distance events for Elementary and Middle School kids.

The 8k is a challenging race combining long hills and flats. The 2-Mile and 1K Fun runs are non-competitive events that families and younger runners really enjoy. Proceeds support Kensington Parkwood Elementary, North Bethesda Middle School and Walter Johnson HS.

A fantastic event featuring a 750 meter swim, 20K bike, and 5K run. A beautiful sandy beach starts out the swim. The bike has mostly right hand turns on fresh pavement and is mostly flat with some rolling sections. The run is a simple, fast out and back course along the roads of Louisa County.
