April 6 - June 19, 2010: Running Roses Training Program

Get your running on the right track with MCRRC's popular running program for women, Running Roses.  In its 19th year, this program is low-key, non-competitive, and designed to gradually increase members' endurance and the distance while staying injury-free.  Runners meet twice a week for 10 weeks working towards the Run for Roses 5K in June.

April 18, 2010: 5th Annual Girls with Gears

Ride for your (and your sisters') heart when you join Girls with Gears. Proceeds to support CAROL for Heart, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating women about heart disease - the #1 killer of women in the US. Routes are available for everyone from beginner riders to experienced riders.  And if you're feeling lucky AND you have extra room in your car or bike rack, purchase raffle tickets to win one of three Trek road bikes.
