37th Annual One Day Hike

Looking to add to your 2010 resolution list?  Aim to go the distance a challenging endurance hike on the C&O Canal. Whether you go 50 km or 100 km, there will be plenty of support along the way, while the Potomac River and C&O Canal provide beautiful scenery, wildflowers, birds, and other wildlife.
